Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the TRUELEMENT online shop (truelement.de) by consumers and businesses. This is a translation for convenience; the German version is the legally binding one.

The purchase contract is concluded with L&B Production GbR, Gartenstraße 35, 70839 Gerlingen, represented by the partners Henning Lüsch and Simon Brückner.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after submission, by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with that email confirmation.

All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 (1) of the German VAT Act, we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it. Shipping costs apply in addition, as stated in the shipping policy.

We deliver to Germany, to the member states of the European Union, to Liechtenstein and Monaco, to Switzerland and to further countries. Which countries these are in detail, and what shipping to them costs, follows from the shipping policy in its version applicable at the time.

Within Germany the delivery time is 2–5 working days after payment is received. For deliveries to other countries the delivery time is longer, depending on the destination.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply in addition. These are not included in the purchase and shipping price and are borne by the customer.

The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

Statutory liability for defects applies.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
